This website doesn't use third-party, analytics or advertising cookies. It only uses a few first-party, technical cookies needed for features you ask for (mainly connecting your Steam account), and your browser's storage. That's why we don't show you a notice to accept cookies.
First-party cookies
They all belong to this site, are only sent over a secure connection and aren't shared with anyone. They are only created if you connect your Steam account or type in your profile.

Browser storage (not cookies)
The website also keeps some data in your browser's storage. Unlike cookies, it isn't sent to our servers with every visit: only the page itself reads it.
Local storage (localStorage): kept until you delete it.
aqja:history:v1: your last 10 recommended games, including those from "What do we play now?" (game, match and date). Deleted in Your history.aqja:battles:v1: your last 6 battles (profile identifiers and names, and score). Deleted from Library Battle.
Session storage (sessionStorage): deleted when you close the tab.
aqja:session:v2, aqja:library-session:v1, aqja:backlog-session:v1: your questionnaire answers and the result, so you don't lose them if you reload.aqja:library:v2: a summary of your Steam library (up to 30 minutes), so it isn't requested from Steam on every page.aqja:steam-friends:v1: your Steam friends list (up to 15 minutes), for the friend picker.aqja:my-library-ui:v1, aqja:library-started, aqja:backlog-started: filters, search and the questionnaire step you were on.aqja:battle-created, aqja:friends:created: a temporary marker to tell whether you've just created a battle or a cross-check or opened it from a link.
Visit statistics
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't set cookies or store anything in your browser. The details are in the privacy policy.
Third-party content
Game covers and avatars are loaded from Steam's servers. We don't set Steam cookies, although your browser connects to those servers to download the images.
How to delete them
"Disconnect Steam" deletes the connection cookies and the library saved in the tab. You can also delete this site's cookies and storage from your browser settings at any time.
Changes
If we add advertising (for example, Google AdSense) or analytics with cookies, we will first show you a consent notice to accept, reject or configure each purpose, and this page will list every cookie.
