About the project
Owning hundreds of games and not knowing which one to play is a real problem. Catalogues tell you which games exist, and classic recommenders tell you which games are similar to the ones you already like. We answer a different question: what do I feel like playing right now?
How we decide
Every game in the catalogue is classified by the experience it offers: how calming or tense it is, how much thinking it takes, whether a 20-minute session feels worthwhile or it needs three hours, whether it's best solo or in co-op, how hooked its progression gets you...
When you answer the questionnaire, a rule-based algorithm compares your situation with that classification and ranks the games. We don't use artificial intelligence during your visit. The reasons you see (“why it suits you”) are generated by rules and only appear if the game's data backs them up. We explain it step by step in how we pick your game.
What the percentage means
It's how well the game matches what you said you're looking for right now. It isn't the chance that you'll like it: that depends on your taste, and we don't know it.
Steam data
Prices, reviews and Steam Deck compatibility come from the Steam store's public data and are updated regularly. If Steam doesn't provide reliable data, we don't show it.
Support the project
This site is made by one person and it's free. If it has helped you decide what to play and you'd like to help with the server and the hours spent on game pages, you can buy me a coffee on Ko-fi. It's completely optional: the site will stay the same for everyone.
